Katherine Sakkis – Personal Profile

Trust, Service, Knowledge and Commitment are the key words to Katherine’s success. As a Real Estate professional these four basic goals are the self-imposed personal accountability she brings to every client. In her 15 year career she has helped hundreds of clients sell and purchase homes. She understands the home is not only “where the heart is”, but also usually a person’s single biggest investment.

A background is business is paramount to the level of service she is known for. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance). She has been a financial manager and a stockbroker. Contracts, negotiations, problem solving, mortgage financing are all second nature to her and finely honed skills.

Equally important, she is a wife and mother. A PTA mom, a baseball, softball and football mom. A home owner. A house to run and a family to care for. She knows how stressful it can be to keep your house in “show” condition. It is okay if your kids “melt down” in her car while looking for homes. She understands.

Compassion and empathy have lead her to a lifetime of community involvement. Currently president of the local chapter of the Ladies Philoptochos Society(the world’s largest women’s philanthropic organization ) she overseas 100+ volunteers who do everything from raising funds for local and national charities to delivering a grocery gift certificate to a family in need. She had been V.P. of the Children’s Museum Guild and was the founder and original race director of the Children’s Gasparilla Run. She has taught Sunday school and served on many PTA boards.

She is a busy person, but she is never too busy for you. Continuous referrals from past clients are a testimony to her dedication. She understands the seriousness of your investment and she makes it her job to make the real estate process as successful, smooth and stress free as possible. She will deliver the results you need.
