Having been a real estate investor myself for the past several years, I understand the nuances and challenges of investment property ownership. Over 20 years of corporate level experience in large scale investment property management, marketing and training. Specialized training in residential, apartment, condo and commercial property leasing and management.

Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Consumer Sciences with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. Post graduate education includes comprehensive courses from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Certified Property Manager*(CPM*) since 1994. This designation is the highest, internationally recognized professional certification that can be achieved in the property management industry.

REALTOR* since 2003 with continual involvement in direct sales, branch office management and property management.

e-Certified which demonstrates a high level of proficiency with internet marketing.
