The corporation is led by The President and Chief Executive Mr. B. E. N. Kaomba, a master of Architecture Degree graduate from Savannah College of Art and Design.

Mr. B. E. N. Kaomba has acquired professional experience with major architectural firms in Atlanta, Georgia and Washington, DC, and has attained extensive experience in the design of condominiums, multifamily residential, retail, office and high-rise. His experience varies from Moe’s Southwest Grill Restaurants, Archstone Smith Condominiums to a 47-story Bank of America headquarters building and 400,000 S.F. Avenue Viera lifestyle center to mention a few. Mr. Kaomba also has extensive experience working with New York Exchange publicly traded corporations for example Wood Partners, The Novare Group, Highlands Properties, Beazer Homes and Post Apartments.
