E. Patrice Hayes, is a Licensed REALTOR/Associate Broker with an architectural background. Receiving a Bachelor of Architecture 5Yr Professional Degree from Pratt Institute, New York in 1999 was the foundation for a career in residential design. Experience as an Architectural Designer for different homebuilders and residential architecture firms, such as Venture Homes and Centex Homes gave way for a desire to learn more about the real estate industry.

After acquiring a Real Estate Salesperson License in 2003, E. Patrice Hayes completed over 250 hours of continuing education courses to gain as much knowledge as possible to benefit real estate clients. With more than ten times of the educational requirements held by most real estate agents, E. Patrice Hayes stands apart from the rest. A residential design background and years of experience in residential sales provides comfort to clients being represented by someone well rounded in the real estate industry.

While providing exceptional to real estate clients, E. Patrice Hayes also maintained a presence in the architecture community with design and drafting services for homeowners, architects, builders and real estate companies. Endless networking turned architectural clients into real estate clients with phenomenal results. E.
