James Hawthorne

James received his Salesperson License from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in 1989 and
earned his Broker's License in 1992. Continuing his real estate education, James became a
State Registered Real Property Appraiser in 2002 and completed Home Inspector training in
2003. In addition, he received his Real Estate Instructor License from the Georgia Real Estate
Commission in 2003 and serves as a part time Real Estate Instructor with the Georgia Institute
of Real Estate. James is the broker for two companies, Superior Georgia Realty, LLC and Superior Community Services, LLC, a community association management company.
