Todd Hale

Todd Hale, a native Atlantan, has practically grown up in the real estate business. Starting his career alongside his mother in Peachtree City in 1988, Todd has extensive knowledge of working with buyers and sellers, as well as, builders and developers. At age 22, Todd’s vision was to firmly establish himself as an entrepreneur and he quickly started collecting accolades such as “Rookie of the Year” by the Fayette County Board of Realtors. As his business grew, Todd decided to move to the “big city” and has made Atlanta his home since 1991.

In addition to marketing and selling pre-owned homes and condominiums, Todd spent almost 10 years working hand in hand with some of the city’s most well known homebuilders and developers. In 2005 through 2006 he led a team of associates that successfully sold and closed over $110,000,000 of new condominiums at The Plaza Midtown, a mixed-use development of 418 condos and over 78,000 square feet of retail space, including a Publix grocery store. As a result, Todd was awarded company-wide “Agent of the Year” by Gail Raper, CEO, Morris & Raper Realtors and nominated by his peers for “Salesperson of the Year” for the Sales & Marketing Council.

Early on, Todd decided rather than being pinned a “pushy salesman” he would utilize assertiveness over aggressiveness in his sales approach. “Aggressiveness translates into pushiness and that’s what turns some buyers off. Instead, I assertively consult my clients and assist them in making their own decisions.” That’s most likely why Todd has made so many friends out of his buyers and sellers over the years.
