Hi! I'm Freida Knight, a lifelong resident of Northeast Georgia. I am presently the Managing Broker of 1st Knight Realty, Inc.
in the little town of Carl, GA, but our office is 5 miles to Gwinnett County, where I have sold real estate for nearly 15 years.
Barrow County was the 5th fastest growing county in GA in 2006, but we have slowed down considerably due to all the foreclosures and the tightening of the mortgage requirements.
