My market is fun because there are so many different groups of people moving here you never know who you'll meet. I've made many friends from clients because I take pride in treating people the way I like to be treated, with honesty and professionalism. In this business as with most businesses, customer service is important. Referrals are important too and you don't get referrals without great customer service. This means answering the phone or returning calls promptly and listening to the client's wants and needs among other things. I take pride in customer service and make sure my clients always have access to me.
