PERSONAL INFORMATION

I have over twenty five years of sales and 10 years of mortgage background which has proved to be very valuable in my career in Real Estate. Along with this experience, I have a BS in Education and enjoy assisting and explaining the whole purchase process, ranging from how to get pre-approved, searching for the right home, presenting the offer and negotiating, to explaining the closing process. I also have over twenty years of computers ranging from main frames to PC’s which has provided an excellent training for all the software programs which I use to assist my clients. This ranges from the MLS system used to locate houses for my clients, to other programs to locate local information.

I have earned my Associate Brokers, GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and e-PRO ( Internet Professional) designations. I specialize in First Time Buyers and the Military. I spend over an hour reviewing the complete purchase process, financing, and requirements of the buyer to insure they have an excellent understanding of purchasing a home.

I also work with those who understand the buying and selling of property. With these clients, I do a complete review of their needs and requirements.

My main goal is to do a professional, and honest job with my clients..... Their goals are my #1 concern.
