I am originally from Surrey, England and have lived in the USA for the past 23 years, I have been married for 18 years to my husband Alex and we have 2 sons. We currently live in the North Metro area and love the quality of life Georgia has to offer.

10 years ago we moved from Gwinnett county to Forsyth and I became a Real Estate Agent. I have worked full time as an agent for the past 10 years. I concentrated my career on working with Buyers and Sellers and sold many homes throughout the metro area. I have also spent many years working with REO properties completing 1000's of Broker Price Opinions and listing and selling foreclosures. I have had extensive experience with evaluating properties and the cost of repairs to "Fix" Foreclosures. I currently work closely with Freddie Mac preparing property reports for PMI removal, refinancing and foreclosure property. This experience alone has provided me with an in depth knowledge of the northern counties and property values and trends. I have also listed and sold many New Construction properties and have represented either the builder or the buyer in these sales.
