I love this business! It gives me an opportunity to work with people during one of the most stressful and exciting times in their lives. This business is dynamic and requires constant feeding of skill and knowledge to stay on the edge of the market. I enjoy the challenge and the growth that meeting the challenge requires.

My other life is as a professional jazz vocalist and percussionist. I also enjoy art and writing and exercise. My husband Fen and I live in Decatur with two awesome cats. Fen is a drummer/percussionist so we have a wonderful time sharing music and can sometimes be heard in Decatur as Vibe Guy & the Doll.

My professional background is in social science research. However, I've done a lot of crazy things to satisfy my curiosity and sense of adventure. Some of my past jobs include: prison guard, psychic hotline operator, new car sales (don't hold that against me!), model, tropical plant caretaker. At last though, I have found the one profession that satisfies me such that I have no thought to suddenly move to Costa Rica and train monkeys to dance ballet. Wait a miinute. That sounds like fun! Hmmm....Just kidding!
