Tammy Caldwell

Tammy is a full-time real estate professional serving the West Georgia and East Alabama areas. As a life-long resident of the West Georgia area, Tammy attended the University of West Georgia and received a softball scholarship with the Lady Braves. She graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1996 with a B.S. Criminal Justice Degree. Tammy pursued a career in the legal profession for 8.5 years. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2001. Focusing on the real estate markets in Carroll, Douglas, Paulding, Haralson, Heard, Cleburne, and Randolph Counties, Tammy represents both buyers and sellers. Her specialties include residential re-sales, new construction, private estates, land and farms. Tammy is a multi-million dollar producer and continues to be a “Top Producer” recipient of the West Metro Board of Realtors.
