I started my real estate career by working as a production coordinator for John Wieland Homes for the southern states territory. During my tenure I gained valuable knowledge in the home building process. From there it was a natural progression to join my husband's existing real estate team with Apple Realty and our focus began with new construction sales/ buyer’s agency and relocation services. As a team we managed all marketing and sales of a 450 lot swim & tennis community located in Jefferson, GA. During the recent downturn and economic recession I gained invaluable experience working with banks and asset mangers selling REO’s, bank-foreclosures and FDIC holdings. Having recently relocated to South Georgia, my new focus is to manage all residential real estate holdings for Wallace Realty & Auction. Wallace Realty & Auction also has a division that concentrates on land purchases, assemblage and property auctions as well as residential real estate making us a true full service broker serving all of Southwest Georgia.
