Judy Ballard

After 22 years in the real estate business and over $100 million in sales, I have to say that real estate is still my passion. I still love the thrill of putting "the deal" together. I think my success in real estate comes from within. It's that drive to succeed and that wonderful feeling you get when you have helped someone's dreams come true. What I have learned in these 22 years in the business is that the most important things never really change. Honesty, integrity, and always putting my clients first have been the foundation for my business.

I am a native of Columbus, Mississippi, a graduate of the University of Alabama, and have lived in Cobb County since 1980. I am married to Dave Ballard, a Cobb County physician and we have two wonderful daughters. Dallas is 19, and Mary Lauren is 13.

Through unique marketing programs, hard work, and a wonderful team, I have been able to rise to the top of my profession. My goal everyday is to exceed my client expectations. I believe that our success tomorrow depends on the quality of service we provide today.

I am truly thankful for the success of my business and feel very strongly that "to those much is given, much is expected." We actively support the community in which we live and work. I play an active role in Rotary Club and Cobb Family Resources, as a way of giving back to the community that has so diligently supported my career.
