I have worked in customer service since first helping my father at his retail businss forty years ago. I have endeavoured in many facets of the customer service industry from livestock to lingerie, and enjoyed every minute... well almost! But, do you know what this has done for me in regards to you? It has trained me to be a well-rounded person and to see many more sides to a situation that just the obvious. I can facilitate, resource, research and solve nearly every problem that might crop up. I can confidently advise my clients on building and contracting, plumbing, environmental concerns, interior design, even landscaping and animal husbandry to name a few interests!
