I define myself...not as a Real Estate Broker, perse... but rather a Real Estate Advisor/Consultant. I am the front person for a network of professionals. I work diligently to select a network of professionals around me, who, by a measure of knowledge and Customer Service Standards, qualify as experts in their respective fields. Mortgage consultants are chosen by virtue of their sincerity and ability to Follow-up with PRECISION. Clients are spending their largest sums of money in real estate and deserve precision accuracy and follow-up through every aspect of the transaction. Before I network with Mortgage Consultants and their processing group and Closing Attorneys and their paralegal assistants, I go to their offices and spend considerable time with them to learn their methodology. They must also adhere to my Customer Service Standards...which is Precision Customer Servicing...second to none!! It is the LAW in my Real Estate Advisement Services. My clients bring all their questions and concerns regarding every aspect of the transaction thru me...they do not wish nor should they have to go to any other person in the network to find out information...that is my job as part of our standard of Customer Service... and I track 100% and respond 100% with Precision answers in a timely manner. I make myself available 24 hours a day! But, if you call after 1 am and wake me to ask a question, you'd better call again in the morning to assure I gave you the correct answer...LOL.
