I moved to southeast GA in 1985 when I transferred to the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. I was a single mother of three children at that time, and I certainly wish I would have had a REALTOR® help me when I moved! I knew nothing about the schools, nothing about the neighborhoods, and actually knew very little about the area at all. As a result of that, I have focused my real estate services working with buyers. One of my first designations (educational courses) that I took was the Accredited Buyer's Representative course. There are many agents who service sellers (as do I), but buyers need to have their own representation, especially since they can usually get it at little on no added expense!
