Aloha! My name is Jared and I have been blessed to live here in Beautiful Hawaii for 30 years. I graduated high school from Punahou Academy on Oahu, and recieved my BA at University of Hawaii Hilo. I have a deep love and respect for the land and people of Hawaii. I recently bought my first home in Hawaiian Paradise Park where I live with my fiance and my son, Seth who has just started kindergarden in the public school system. One can purchase an acre of land within a mile or two from the ocean with electricity for under $60,000. Smaller building lots can be gotten for as little as $10,000. Brand new 3 bedroom homes start at $180,000. This district is the fastest developing area in Hawaii, and we have only just begun.
