Vivian Franco

Vivian is a Licensed Realtor in the State of Hawaii, who has completed the E-Pro Technology Certification Program. The E-Pro certification identifies real estate professionals who have demonstrated a certain level of proficiency in their use of electronic media, and Vivian is no exception.

Before becoming a Realtor, Vivian got her Master's Degree in Communication from Cornell University, and she worked for many years as a Marketing Research Consultant, Editor of a Yachting magazine and Producer of Jingles. She also has a Teaching Certificate and has taught Communication and Spanish at Cornell University.

As a Realtor, Vivian applies the same skills that allowed her to succeed in other areas of her professional and personal life: A strong commitment to accomplish what she sets out to achieve, a high level of responsibility, and a passion for overcoming challenges. When it comes to "research" the real estate market, Vivian is a real professional: You'll be the first to know when a new property hits the market, or when there is a price change in any of the existing listings. Above all, Vivian looks after your best interest.

Vivian has been married for 16 years and has three sons. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
