I offer a menu of services. Education - I explain to buyers the home buying process. For sellers I explain how to select an agent, give current market status, and how to prepare the house for marketing. Locate - I deleop a clients needs profile, find properties offered other than through the MLS, show buyers how to search on the Internet, market the house for free, prepare property for showing, open houses, TV advertising. Negotiate - I negotiate in their best intrest, assist in determining the contract price, prepare written offer, work with counter offers, and handle earnest money. Administrate - open escrow, explain the escrow process and instructions, coordinate buyer and lender, and communicate with other parties; pest control, appraiser, vendors, attorney, inspections, heating and cooling. Finally Communicate - Communicate with the buyer or seller 4 times per year. Bring them up to date on what is going on in the real estate world and financial world as it relates to real estate. Being there when clients or friends of clients have a real estate questions. I make clients for life. Speed, Convenience, Choice, Value, Quality, Service, and Information.
