We specialize primarily in Residential and Relocation real estate in Illinois. We work with both buyers and sellers providing both personalized and sincere service. Rick handle most of the listings while Lynn takes care of most of the buyers needs. Since part of our job description is educating the client we love working with first time home buyers and home sellers. It is very rewarding to help people through their first real estate experience! We are strong contract negotiators treating each transaction as if it was our own.
