I have been a real estate agent since February 2005. I specialize in investment properties. I work with flippers as well as rental properties. Prior to be a real estate agent I had been in the trades for 20 years and also bought and flipped many properties. With my extensive back ground in rehabbing it was just a natural fit for me to work with investors. I also work with buyers and seller as well. With my background I fell that this also helps me let sellers know what to do to there homes to maximize profits and with buyers I can help by pointing out things that may have gone undeticted.
