Real Estate has been part of my life for over 20 years. To be great you have to be involved in all aspects of the business. I starting buying and selling homes at the age of 19. With a degree in marketing from Southern Illinois University help make me into the salesman I am today. Every company that I was a part of , I was the best and won all the awards.
I began my real estate career at the age of 26 and have not look back since. Today I have closed close to 1400 homes and over 370 million in homes sales. I am a builder and rehabber and a landlord. There is not to much that is new to me, I know how to address all the problems that I or any of my agents come accross.
We opened up EXiT Realty Illinois in Sept. 2004 and have 19 offices and over 350 agents. I have become a teacher, trainer and coach.
