We focus on income producing investment real estate, specializing in off-market deals. This includes office, retail, hotel, industrial and multi-family properties. Most of our work is US based, though we have transaction experience in 18 countries, in addition to the 45 states in the US we have completely transactions.
We work with private clients as well as public and non-public institutional buyers. Most of our work is buy side, though with many transacitons we are the only broker between the seller and the buyer, regardless of who we are representing or compensated by.
