Gina Schaal

Gina is a lifetime resident of Will County and a Graduate of Lockport Township High School. She is married and the mother of two daughters and presently lives in Crest Hill, IL. Being a self starter, Gina is highly motivated to assist buyers and sellers in all of their real estate needs. One of her best assets to clients is her negotiating skills that allows her sellers to realize on average 97% of their asking price, Buyers only pay on average 88% of asking price. Gina has been a licensed Real Estate agent since January 2002 and a licensed Real Estate Broker since July 2004. Previous experience includes more than 15 years Retail Management and 2+ years working for residential developers in Will County.

Gina has practical hands on experience with computer technology and worked in the Illinois Department of Corrections, Juvenile Division from 1987-1993 as a Youth Supervisor II and completed the training as a computer specialist and Evidence custodian. 2 Letters of Commendation were awarded for the Thorough and Comprehensive Audits that Gina conducted in a 2 year span. She attended Joliet Junior College from 1998-1999 for more knowledge in Information Technology and went on to work as a Computer Tech for a local elementary school until she earned her Real Estate License.

After establishing her own Brokerage in December 2004 she worked independant for 3 years before becoming affiliated with Century 21 Pro Team. She earned her e-Pro Realtor(R) designation in February 2005. Her desire is to help and educate clients in Real Estate, so they are making intelligent decisions about thier Real Estate needs.
