We started Crescent Lake Realty with a vision to change the perception of real estate today. Many have had a bad experience using a Realtor to buy or sell a home. We are determined to change that perception through our knowledge of business, customer service, and real estate.

We bring 20 years combined experience in business and consulting with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM and Kraft Foods. We also personally invest in real estate and have experienced first hand many situations that our customers may encounter during the buying and/or selling process

Karen holds a Master's in Training and Development and focuses on our employee/agent educational development, Human Resource activities, recruiting and property marketing.

Rich holds an MBA in Finance and focuses on brokerage operations, business development and property marketing.
