I am proud to be a Team Member/REALTORĀ® with an aggressively successful Real Estate office, Weis Real Estate, 55 S. Madison, Oswego, IL 60543. Weis Real Estate has been selling real estate since 1973 and is widely and well know through-out the area and beyond for residential, farmland and other real estate tranactions. The success of this office is the result of the underlying belief and practice that our customer base is our greatest asset.
Personally, I like to work with clients as if it were my property I was selling, or as if I were the buyer. I believe as a Realtor that applying the Golden Rule is the way to do business. Knowing my client, communicating on a regular basis, staying tin touch is my style of doing RE business. I believe in being thorough, seeking resouce advice if I don't know the answer and I believe in establishing a knowledge base and building on it. I have the support of a very experienced broker who is readily available to his agents.
I have had many experiences working with sellers and buyers. Each real estate transaction is unique and needs to be treated that way from its inception through to its successful closing. As a Realtor, it's important to understand what my clients' needs are, my clients' expectations and goals (after all, that's how I would treat myself or want to be treated). I work with my clients to help accomplish those goals. I find it a very satisfying expereince when at closing, at last after a lot of hard work and effort, deligence and perseverance, both on the client's and Realtor's part, the seller client turns the key over to the buyer. This finalizes the real estate transaction, e.g., this puts the period at the end of the sentence, so to speak. The job is completed and another happy client. I believe that selling or buying a house is a partnership effort between the client/clients and the Realtor. The better the communication, the better the response, the more sure that the anticipated transaction will be accomplished in a timely manner.
Remember the Golden Rule.
