I am an engineer retired from the City of Quincy after 32 years of service. I still hold a Professional Engineers license in the State of Illinois. While with the City, I negotiated many construction contract and many union labor contracts. That background allows me to be very versed at negotiating real estate transactions as well as making very sure that all the details of a transaction are completed.

I am a full time, full service Real Estate Professional, licensed in both Illinois and Missouri. Real Estate is my sole job, and as such, I am available during the day as well as evenings and weekends. I can work for you when part time agents are at their other jobs. I work extensively with internet clients and use the latest in technology to serve you, my client. I use email extensively, which allows my clients to preview homes from the comfort of their living rooms.
