A little about me:
I’ve been a businessman and an entrepreneur since childhood. After completing grade 12 and graduating, I embarked on an initial career move within the automotive industry, and opened an automotive jobbing business with sales in excess of 1 million annually.Then my career took a diversion and I became a sales rep for Quaker State Oil Company, meeting and exceeding sales quotas.After a new arrival in the family I moved to a more stable occupation in the transportation industry, which I retired from.But my entrepreneurial spirit kept calling and I opened a Tanning salon that I designed, built, owned and operated for 7 years.And now I’ve been a resident of Columbus for five years, and know this city well. I have met many very nice people that have become friends through varied events, & memberships in clubs like the Moose Lodge, or Corvette Club of Columbus.Now I'm an agent with Coldwell Banker South Central Realty, and my production for this year to date is over $650,000, and my listings have all been "Offer Accepted within less than eleven days!

I am a realtor who listens to his clients and their specific needs. I actually write it all down and keep it with me at all times! If you are a buyer, I will not show you properties that you clearly are not interested in. If you are a seller, I will give you all the current data on comparable properties and let you set your price based on what you feel your home is worth. I can’t promise buyer or seller that there will be no bumps in the road or occasional flat tires, but I can promise you that I will be there to make it work and solve the problems that arise each and every time. I am personally duty-bound to watch out for your best interests, because I see my clients as kings and queens!
