Win is former Broker/Owner of Group 1 Realty and has been a successful real estate professional and consistent top consultant to buyers and sellers in Southern Indiana for over 30 years. Win has been involved in building and development and concentrates his efforts In the Jeffersonville/New Albany, IN suburbs of Louisville, KY.

Win holds a B. S. from Purdue University, and completed the Indiana Graduate Realtors Institute. He was awarded the Realtor of the Year award for the Southern Indiana Realtors Association, served as its President and served many years on the Board of Directors. Win also continues to be active in his church and community.
