My speciality is Christmas Lake Village in a town called Santa Claus Indiana. I have experience working with residential properties, vacant lots and land, bank repos, for sale by owners, hard to sell and investment properties. My investor database continues to grow and flourish and sellers that I meet with find themselves with several buyer options before we even get through the listing contract.

I pride myself in being more of a "laid-back" style of Realtor and do not believe that the brand of car or clothing I surround myself with is indicative of my qualifications. I work my tail off and appreciate referrals from previous clients.
