I have been active in the local real estate market for 18 years. Surrounded by Brokers, investors, owners and real estate agents for 18 years. I have completed the so called "hat trick" in real estate. My career in real estate has been from real estate agent,investor, manager, broker, owner. My wife Heather, and I created Traditions Real Estate, because we have always felt that there was a better way to provide real estate services in our area. We have helped hundreds of people relocate successfully to our area. With many real estate companies here locally, you get a large number of agents doing things a million and one different ways. We wanted to set out and make a difference in our representation to our clients and customers. We want to not only understand your needs and wants. We want to make sure and ensure that your home buying and selling representation is complete. We want to make sure that you understand the neighborhoods, the buying and selling history and trends of the homes you are interested in. We will provide with you school information, and well as all other aspects such as doctors, events and programs that you may want to know about in our local area. If there's been programs you have been involved with previously and want information on these here locally, we will find out and provide you with this information. We educate you on our local real estate market and the local economy. We work with you to make the best educated decision given the facts for our local area. One thing I see is home buyer's moving in to our area and thinking that the prices here are great versus their previous location.
