Verne Folkmann

Verne has been working in sales his entire life. Previous to his being a REALTOR, he was owner of Folkmann Feed and Grain, an Agri-Business Company with locations in Eastern Iowa. He has been a resident of Coralville since 1990. Since moving to the Iowa City area, Verne has been very active in the community as a volunteer and serving his Church as President. Verne is a Rotarian, Johnson County I-Club Director, and Hall of Fame Ambassador. Verne’s goal in life is to be make a positive difference in as many people’s lives as possible.

Verne and his wife, Marlene, have two married daughters and three grandchildren. Verne’s hobbies are Hawkeye Sports, Golfing, Landscaping and socializing. Verne’s past experience as an entrepreneur helps him work with clients in fulfilling their needs as buyers and/or sellers of real estate
