In 1972 I sold 94 homes which is still the city record.

My experience also extends into Commercial Real Estate and selling businesses.

I graduted from Emporia High School where I participated in sports (captain of football team, point guard on basketball team and All-State American Legion baseball player).

I am a former city bowling champion.

My father with his father founded Thomas Transfer & Storage in 1945.

The last time I ran for city commissioner, I campaigned for a full-time economic development director.

The very next year, Emporia hired Kent Heerman as RDA director and the rest is history.

I've sold more homes than Barry Bonds has hit home runs.

I am a licenced Real Estate Broker.

I am a graduate of Emporia State University with a double major in economics and business management.

Also attended the College of Emporia and was a member of the 1962 final four NAIA championship football team.

I have a 25 year Realtor plaque hanging in my office.
