Roger Hower

Kellerman Real Estate has been a family-owned business in Holton for 47 years. Located on the southeast corner of the Town Square in an office building owned by Roger and Cindy Hower is listed on the State and National Register of Historic Places. In the early days, the Kellerman building was known as the State Bank of Holton.
The real estate business was started by Dale Kellerman, Cindy's father. Roger joined the real estate agency in 1998. Roger's Great-grandfather (Frank O. Grubbs) sold real estate out of the same building in the early 1930's.
Having lived here all thier lives, They have and know quite a bit of the local history. Kellerman Real Estate belongs to the National Association of Realtors ®, Kansas Association of Realtors, Topeka Association of Realtors, and the Topeka Area Homes Multi Listing Service.
