Kelvi Cunningham

I, Kelvi Cunningham, am a full-time Realtor with Landmark Real Estate. I am a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication. After college, I decided to make Manhattan my home and have been a Manhattan resident since 2000. I gained my first years of experience in the real estate field by working as a Licensed Realtor Assistant to a Broker, then moved on to become a successful agent on my own. Having a background in retail sales, I understand and value the importance of customer service and I'm highly motivated to provide my customer/clients with outstanding service. I specialize in residential, new construction, First-time home buyer, buyer/seller representation, investment, and relocation. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and my state and local associations. I am a member of the Manhattan Multiple Listing System as well as the Junction City Multiple Listing System, which gives me the ability to search, show and sell properties in Manhattan, Wamego, Riely, Wakefield, Ft.Riley, Ogden, Junction City, Chapman, Abilene and other surrounding areas.
