In 2005 Mary received the "Outstanding Woman of The Year" Award from KC Express Networks, serving on many women networking and business organizations. She has held the post of President of the Green MEadows Homeowners Association in Overland Park for over 8 years.

In 2004 and 2005 David was elected as President of the Kansas City Independent Real Estate Brokers Association. And in 2005 David was named "Kansas Businessman Of The Year" by the Washington DC based Leadership Council.
