Charla Blankenship

I've been in Real Estate for 20 years now and spent 12 of those years working with a niche company. We worked for the local corporations, helping their relocating transferees and new hires find homes. We were buyer's agents and I have an ABR designation. Currently, I am a REMAX agent who lives in Johnson County, KS and am licensed in both Missouri and Kansas. The Greater Kansas City area and suburbs are where I work.
I have one daughter, a son-in-law, and 6 grandchildren... and one wonderful rescue mutt who is my significant other! When my big German Shepard died a friend and I went to our local shelter and found Oscar, a 7 year old mixed background who looks a little like "Benji."
Since I am an only child (supposed to be Charles, Jr.--hence the Charla!) I grew up fishing, hunting and learning the ins and outs of hammer and nails. My Dad was a building contractor and my early summer days were often spent riding around from job to job with him. That gave me incite into the problems that can arise in construction.
I have enjoyed working with my clients and remain friends with those who have been able to stay here in the Kansas City area... and some who have had to move on.
