I entered real estate more than 5-years ago and I have always targeted houses that others were unsuccessful at selling. If your home was listed previously and the agent was unable to get you a contract then I am the person that you should call next. Not that you should list with someone else first and then when that doesn’t work call me. If you haven’t listed yet and are looking to be successful the first time you have the advantage because you have found me first. Make the call so that you don’t have regrets later. My average time for a home to be on the market is 43-days and I am so sure of my marketing plan that I guarantee your home will be under contract within the first 60-days or *I buy it myself.

I have been a part of over 400 homes sold in those 5-years. I have charged the 6% and even the 7% commissions. I have since learned exactly what it takes to get a home sold and get it sold fast. I am not the kind of person to fill you with dreams of getting your home sold, "in the shortest time, for the most money and with the least headaches." No one can guarantee that but there sure are a lot of agents out there that promote they can. The fact of the matter is there are a lot of agents out there that will actually increase the headaches you suffer, have no idea how to sell a home fast and definitely can't get you the most money. The average realtor sells 10-houses per year. That is one home sold every 6-weeks. That means their negotiating skills aren't honed and if asked what they do while negotiating a contract they can't tell you. They don't know themselves but they are the first to promote that they will get you the most money. I challenge you to ask them how...then call me and ask how I do it.

I am a real estate broker. This means that I have had to sell a certain number of houses in my career in order to be considered for a broker's license. Then I had to submit to an intensive back ground check before I could be issued my license. The challenge to become a broker is something that most are not up to. This is another advantage to you.

I am currently working on my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) right now. Not having these designations has never hindered my effectiveness however, I feel that I should have them for personal satisfaction of knowing that I am always ready to better myself.
