My Real Estate Career started in 1985 with Latter & Blum Real Estate. I worked largely with Relocations Companies,Builders, First Time Home Buyers, Investors, Corporate Rental Units, Golf Course Communities, Waterfront Properties, Subdivision and Country Properties. I also worked mentoring new agents.
After 10 years with Latter & Blum I branched out to Re/Max Real Estate Partners for several years, and than joined Keller Williams Realty Services in 1998.
Keller Williams Real Estate Services is my present Real Estate Company. I am the Northshore Specialist for the area.
In 2006 I organized the 'CE at Sea Cruise". This has been strictly a volunteer event that I had formed to enable Realtors to enjoy the benefits of getting away from phones and enjoying the pleasure of cruising while learning the required Continuing Education Classes. This is also a nice write off for the realtors as well as sponsoring companie.. The "CE at Sea Cruise has become an annual event. The good news is that clients, friends and family can also participate in receiving the special group rate.
Some of my favorite interests are enjoying my 2 dogs, Pebbles and Angel. They are mixed Terriors I had adopted from the pound. I also enjoy matching aninmals with people. It gives me great joy to see animals making people happier and living longer lives. At the same time it feels good knowing you are saving animals, too.
Another interest of mine is Garage Sales and Estate Auctions.
Most of all I enjoy having the wonderful friends and family in my lives.
