I moved to the Eastern Shore 28 years ago, and immediately decied to go into reale estate. Having been in the building business prior to moving here, I could see what this area would do in the future. I enjoy the business and the many clients and customers who's needs I have served over the years, whether a buyers or a seller. This business becomes a way of life, and a wonderful way of life, if you put the time in that is necessary.

I have been in the home building business. Licensed for 27 years, and a Broker/Owner of G.B. Costa's Realy ( a referral business) and have just re-affiliated with RE/MAX, at the new RE/MAX Gold Realty LLC office in Easton.. I was affiliated with the RE/MAX orgainization as an Associate Broker or for 12 years a Broker/Owner.

I am available 7 days a week with a little advance notice and have 26 years experience as a full time REALTOR(R).

Education is very im[ortant I hold a total of 6 designation as noted as well as the ASR (Accrediated Sellers Representative). In order to keep up with the current changes in the the business, continuing education is a must.

Technology in mandatory to operte in todays real estate market.
