I organize my time efficiently so that my goals are reached before the deadline. I am not adverse to putting in long hours to carry through to completion of my responsibilities. 1. Control- being self motivated and taking the reins of power with confidence.
2. Success- I enjoy success and accomplishment at any task I undertake. Being the best is important to me.
3. Dependability and reliability- I always follow through on my commitments.
