Patrick J. Hannigan

Patrick came to the Cape summer of 1987 while attending UMASS Amherst. He comes from a large family with backgrounds in Law, Real Estate, The Trades, Golf and Education.

Now 15 years in the real estate profession he has successfully brokered and managed hundreds of properties from seasonal get-aways to some of the largest buildings Mid Cape and beyond.

Licensed in Multiple States he carries licenses or certifications in Real Estate Brokerage, Financing and Appraisal as well as local Insurance and building codes.
