Laurian's real estate career began in 1999. To serve her clients better she has earned the distinguished GRI designation, as well as the ABR and EPro designations. Computer and internet skills and staying current amid the amazing powers of the computer age are the future of the ever changing real estate profession. After growing up in Western Massachusetts and graduating from UMass-Amherst, Laurian heard the sound of the sea in a Chatham seashell and decided to move to the Cape. She loved the small town feeling and sense of community.
She and her husband Matt are now settled in Harwich and have two children.

Busy family life has taught her the importance of time management, focus, and organization.. In her free time, her joy is spending time with her family. A beautiful day at the beach, especially a sunset over the bay, Cape League Baseball games, band concerts, and card games with good friends, are some of her favorite activities.

Her business goal is to be working entirely by referral. To achieve this goal, she will serve her clients ethically, honestly, and with excellence. Utilizing a monthly newsletter and client appreciation program, she will keep in touch.
