Personal Side:

My beginnings were at Manchester, Connecticut as the second of two boys. After a brief stint in Bloomfield, we finally ended up in West Suffield, Connecticut and were fortunate to live near my grandparents in Suffield. I received my diploma from The Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Connecticut then received my Bachelors of Arts from Middlebury College in Vermont, where I was a member of the two-time NCAA Championship lacrosse team in 2000 and 2001. Outside of sports, I ran a successful moving and storage company named Smooth Storage for three years, which was a phenomenal experience that opened my eyes to the business world.

Upon graduation, I moved to Nantucket full-time in 2001. While working at Nantucket Bank, I helped a friend start his own stonemasonry company which provided me with outstanding exposure to finances, advertising and marketing.

Professional Side:

I obtained my real estate license in December of 2001 and became affiliated with one of the island’s largest firms, The Maury People. After about eight months, I left to join Country Village Real Estate and became a broker as quickly as possible.

Most recently, I just finished my role as the project manager for the deployment of our agency’s sales and rental software, as well as launching a fully-redesigned website. The myriad complexities became apparent when trying to tie five different resort locations (i.e. Nantucket, Stowe, St. Barth’s, Harbour Island and Lyford Cay) into one system, but it appears most have been worked out.

In real estate, I thrive on the many challenges that arise and I believe my friendly professionalism, determination, thoroughness and integrity shine through my enthusiasm.
