GREETINGS! I'm Kathleen Keegan and I love real estate which is fitting that my personal website is RealEstateRocks.com. I am a licensed Realtor associated with RE/MAX Prime Real Estate in Pembroke, Massachusetts. I strongly believe in real estate because it has personally benefited me and my family. I love what it can do for people. It's tangible. It's an investment. Over time, it WILL appreciate. It's home, it's memories AND it's a ticket to financial freedom.
ABOUT ME, THE REALTOR
My Specialization
I consider myself a guidance counselor, not a decision maker (that's you). I have more than 17 years experience of sales and customer service. Having lived in Pembroke for 11 years, I enjoy marketing the South Shore and specialize in Pembroke, Hanover, Marshfield, and Kingston representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property.
ETHICS - I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. and as a member there is a Code of Ethics that I subscribe to. In summary it states that I must always look out for my Client's best interests. Massachusetts takes this Article quite seriously. They use this Code of Ethics to help regulate all real estate agents and their licensing. If I don't do everything in my power to look after your best interests, I'm breaking this Article and jeopardizing my license.
Personal Information
I grew up in Monument Beach (beginning of the Cape) and was raised by my mother, an amazing woman. My dad was a Navy Seal and was killed in Vietnam. I attended college in New Haven, Connecticut at Albertus Magnus College. After college I moved to Osaka, Japan and taught English. A truly remarkable experience living in another country.
As well as a licensed Real Estate Agent, I also have been serving since 1990 in the Massachusetts Army National Guard. My current rank is Major and hope to attain the rank of Colonel before I retire.
I enjoy snuggling with the men in my life (my husband and two sons), traveling (ahhhh, love the Caribbean), playing poker or most any other card game, and real estate.
