David Novak

70 year native of the Washtenaw County area. Fathers family arrived in Ann Arbor in 1880-prominent in plumbing and insurance businesses. Graduate Wayne State University with degree in Liberal Arts. U.S. Navy veteran. "Veteran" of many years of coaching and administering Little League Baseball and Junior Football in Ypsilanti. Currently active in several community activities. Member Board of Directors, Ypsilanti Automotive Heritage Museum which honors vehicles manufactured in the Ypsilanti area (Tucker, Ace, Kaiser, Frazer, several GM vehicles made at Willow Run plant and others).
Retired after 36 years with billion dollar company ( Kelsey Hayes/Hayes Lemmerz Intl. in 2001) having held management positions majority of time (Senior Buyer, Manager Office Services, Facilities Manager).
Family man! Married 48 years. Have 4 successful sons that have 4 children.
