I am an active Full Service oriented Realtor. I have played keyboards most of my life (since 3 yrs old) and I am on the Praise Team @ church. I have a wife and 2 children - 11 yr old daughter & 7 yr old son. My current average (2007) selling time is 110 days in a market where the average is 6-8 months (MLS).
ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) I have also taken the courses for CRS and SRES designations but I am not currently dues eligible and cannot list them.
