I decided to get into Real Estate in 2001 after having a very bad experience with a Real Estate Agent. My wife and I were selling our house and buying a new one. The Agent that we chose to sell our home definitely didn't have our best interest in mind, and a lot of the Realtors I came in contact with while looking for a new home were more interested in getting a quick sale and money in their pocket rather than what we wanted in a home. That being said; I did also meet some really great agents. I picked their brain about the business and to this day am friends with these great agents. Right after the closing; I turned to my wife and said that not only could I do that job, but could do it 1000% better than the agent we used. I"vet been doing it ever since. Selling Real Estate is a very rewarding I've. There is no better feeling than helping someone buy their very first home. I base my business on treating others like I would want to be treated. I have your best interest in mind from start to finish. You need to be able have trust, honesty, integrity, and good communication with someone that you are having help you make the right decisions when buying or selling a home. Buying a home is most likely the largest purchase that someone will make in their lifetime so having the right agent helping you with the process is vital to having a positive experience.
