Dave Felker, Associate Broker, has over 16 years experience in the real estate business. He has consistently been a top producer in Antrim County, and has been the recipient of numerous sales awards and is a member of the Million Dollar and Masters Clubs. Dave has sold properties in 14 counties, including the Upper Peninsula. As residents for nearly twenty years, Dave and his wife Cindy, have been active members in the community and operated a bed and breakfast in downtown Elk Rapids for ten years. They have been involved in community organizations, such as the Chamber of Commerce and Habitat for Humanity. Dave enjoys fly-fishing, traveling, and spending time with his four children and six grandchildren. Dave is also licensed in the state of Montana.
